2Registration Fee Covers

  • A physical/virtual booth; (2×1 m2 raw space without any fitting, 1 table, 2 chairs).  There will be a physical booth available for each physical and online participation.                                                                        NOTE: For further requirements of any customized booth or set-up, please email us your requirement at info@aiinex.org. The organizing Committee will facilitate the requirement subject to availability and additional cost.
  • Exhibition bag with exhibition proceeding. There is a soft proceeding book but no bag for online participation.
  • Free participation in the workshops and training (both AIC-2023 & AIINEx-2023) during the event
  • A single medal (gold, silver or bronze medal), and a certificate. Online participants will get an e-certificate and a couriered medal.
  • A medal and certificate will be issued for each project before the closing ceremony. However, additional medals/certificates may also be issued with an additional fee. Similarly, lunch and dinner coupons may be given with the additional payment.
  • One lunch and one dinner voucher. There is no lunch or dinner voucher for online participation.
